These two views are of an outhouse located at an old industrial facility deep in West Texas.  By rendering these images in sepia, Tony, who owns the property, was able to display the strength of the outhouse against its beautifully rugged surroundings.  I looked at these two pictures for a long time, trying to imagine the extremes of weather this outhouse has withstood - the bitterly cold winter winds of West Texas, the sun-baked heat of summer, the torrential rains that sweep so suddenly across the Texas plains.  It's as close to the primeval forces of nature as you're apt to find anywhere.
