This outhouse is located in Comptche (Mendocino County), CA.  The outhouse was a fixture on the "Stump Ranch" when Dan's parents purchased it in the early seventies.  Dan says his father used it as his "thinking room."  Dan also remembers the first time he looked in it.  It had a 1950's Sears Catalog for wiping.
